Mass claims against EBS
Over 16,000 mortgage account holders affected
William McLoughlin BL represents numerous EBS clients were were mistakenly reported as being in arrears on their mortgage to the Irish Credit Bureau. This mistake meant that over 16,000 credit ratings were negatively affected resulting in untold damage to thousands of people (denied mortgages, denied credit, etc.).
